Ministry Development
Guided by the vision of the Catholic Pastoral Center of the diocese of Saskatoon, the office of Ministry Development seeks to call forth and strengthen the gifts of all the baptized in a spirit of collaboration, hospitality and inclusivity.
What is Ministry Development?
The Office of Ministry Development was created in 1999, as a response to the emerging needs in the expanded Diocese of Saskatoon. The purpose of this office:
To call forth and strengthen the gifts of all the baptized
To coordinate and develop ministry training in the diocese
To develop a collaborative approach to ministry as lay and ordained minister together
To lay groundwork for support networks
To coordinate leadership development
To facilitate a common diocesan vision
The Office of Ministry Development will facilitate ministry training on an on-going basis in each of the seven deaneries throughout the diocese, according to expressed needs by the various parishes.

Ministry Development workshops will be automatically cancelled if the Saskatchewan Department of Highways advises that travel is not recommended.
Please use your own discretion if weather conditions such as freezing rain, dense fog, heavy rain or severe dust storms impair visibility or otherwise cause dangerous travel conditions or if the temperature is below -40 º C
