Marriage Tribunal

Marriage Tribunal staff assist those wishing to pursue a Declaration of Invalidity from their previous marriage. Before a decision can be reached concerning the validity of a marriage, there must be a thorough and thoughtful investigation of the facts. The procedure is governed by church law. However, this ministry aims not just at the legal aspects, important as they are, but at the pastoral and healing aspects. For further information please phone Donna Rogal (242-1500 ext. 230).
